This week was no exception. A broken oil pump belt sidelined the 16 car early in the evening. Switching to the 21B car, Chris was unable to make enough chassis changes to the 21B to find a comfortable set-up and decided to pull off the track during the feature rater than risk wrecking the car. Making only minor set up changes to loosen up the car and changing to the gears needed for Clarksville, Chris made the pull across the border hoping to maintain his points position. Planning to use hot laps to evaluate the new configuration for the shorter track at Clarksville, Chris was counting on the changes to allow him to run up front all night.
