The first set of pictures are from my 4 part section hike of the Bartram Trail. There is a NC Bartram Trail. And a Georgia Bartram Trail. This set of pictures is from an April 2009 hike Nina and I took in the Dolly Sods Wilderness. Dolly Sods is an incredible place to go and find solitude.

Sunday, July 29, 2007. Personality types/multiple intelligences tests. It seems every year or so, people in the blogosphere take a new version of a personality types test (think Myers-Briggs). Usually, we're all consistent from test to test and none of the results are surprising. This time around, I took the same tests as Musey. Finally, an INTJ result for me. A Quiet Retreat in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Sheltowee Camp is located on ten acres which was part of the 18,480 acre purchase in 1935 from Castle Craig Coal Company which then became part of the National Forest Lands. Later in 1980, the site became the Bald Rock Conservation Center and was used as a training and meeting facility for the Daniel Boone National Forest.
