I took the last 4 days off from work to relax and have a stay-cation. I'm so ready for winter in the sense of skiing, it's not even funny. Am I ready for winter in the sense of work? I am trying to drink lots of water and stay hydrated at this elevation. My headaches were getting so bad that I quit Diet Coke. I went Cold Turkey on February 6th. Do I regret my decision? No I feel that my body needed a break. Do I have cravings? Feel like blah for more reasons than just, "my head hurts.".
