On the Sunny Side of the Street: Random Thoughts
http://oakcrestchipper.blogspot.com/2013/06/random-thoughts.html
Sunday, June 16, 2013. This is going to be a rather nerdy post. I have been busy keeping up with the house and the yard. I have been a bit overwhelmed and thought back to the time when I had four young children at home and wondered how I did it all. After a little contemplating I remembered that all my household chores were divided into 15 minute increments. Wow! Amazing how it has greened up with more water. All of this NOT completed in a day or even a week. Just in 15 minute increments. Remove from mic...

On the Sunny Side of the Street: April 2012

Sunday, April 22, 2012. Keep Your Sunny Side Up. Saturday, April 21, 2012. I ended up with 20 kiwis in my kitchen this morning. What to do with them? I like them peeled and eaten whole, but. Chop up a small onion, an Anaheim pepper (be sure to take the seeds out) and six kiwis. Mix them together with 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon curry. Very tasty. I ate mine with ham. Corn chips would be good. Fish would be especially good! Keep Your Sunny Side Up.
