How sad, however you still have a week to fiddle with it and more than that before it gets mailed out, you do have the photo from the last time you posted your progression on the painting. I have confidence you can salvage the canvas AND have it ready for mailing. But the biggest mystery to me here is chocolate nut bread in a dehydrator? January 23, 2011 at 4:21 AM. Great news - I managed to salvage my painting for One World One Heart blog giveaway (starting on Monday! Saturday, January 30, 2010. I am the proud owner of my new Bosskut Gazelle. Personal electronic die cutter machine. I can see I have a very steep learning curve ahead of me - it comes with Funtime software which is a learning experience in itself. I really needed to learn to use it quickly as I had to make 40 invitations for a church meeting in a few weeks time. Thursday, June 25, 2009. Where have I been? On top of that, my sister is getting married - yes, the sister that moved here from New Zealand with her daughter just before Christmas. She asked me to make the wedding invitations so I made 50 and they looked beautiful. They get married on the 4th July and I have been involved in the wedding preparations as well, which has taken up more of my time. I say that because I have inadvertently fallen into another creative vice. A few weeks ago, while innocently leafing through my Nov./Dec. issue of " Cloth Paper Scissors. Magazine, I came across the article by Sandy Steen Bartholomew where she wrote about journaling with "Zentangles". Zentangles? Hmmm", I thought. Who couldn't use more "zen"?

Sunday, October 3, 2010. I can't believe it has been 8 months since I last posted anything. Well, I haven't really had anything to post. I got a new job and it has basically consumed all my time! I have never been so busy. I wish I could say things have settled down and back to normal - but not quite. It is self-paced so I don't have the pressure of getting things done by a certain time. Where I've Been, Where I'm Going, What I'm Doing
Faith, Fear and the Skycoaster at Six Flags. While at Six Flags, we saw something called the Skycoaster. How have I found myself here! Then the crane started hoisting us up to the top of the arch (I remember this well). I screamed the entire way. Then we swung a few more times and the fear went away, probably because we got used to it. By then it was just fun. On the way home from work today I was thinking about faith.
