Notes and snags, from decorative painter who carries a camera. De Forest Brush Indian Paintings. From National Gallery of Art. Russell and Michelle Ball Collection. We have had a book called George de Forest Brush:; Recollections of a Joyous Painter, on our bookshelf for 25 years. I hadn't looked at it for quite a while, the illustrations are in black and white. De Forest Brush (1854/1855–1941) was an American artist who trained with Gérôme in Paris, and travelled extensively in the American West.

We travelled out to Delaware County yesterday with the painting. I helped install it, used Z clips. My favorite, since the art will stay level, and its so easy to just lift it in place, and set on the clips. To celebrate, my client took us for a fantastic meal at Umbria. 169; kim senior 2008. Kim, It looks great. I bet client is thrilled.

Sky Ceiling Mural @ Kim Senior Arts

By Kim Senior No comments. And I worked together to paint a 20 x 11 foot ceiling mural for a bedroom in a beautiful residence in Williston VT. We painted soft, blended bands of colored clouds on the ceiling, and added the blue heron and plane later. The views from this room were stunning; wonderful to see a real heron at their pond, with the Adirondacks in the distance.
