I'm 22 and my cholesterol level is slightly past the normal range.bad.this means no more sweet food.no more oily or fried food.RESTRICTION! Okknowing that I have to kinda restrict my food intake.i had a very sinful dinner.a BUFFET! So its back to reality.more healthy food from now on.wholemeal bread.more veg.more fruits.yummy?
