Not much going on around here. just enjoying the beautiful weather, spending time chalking up the back patio and having "pic-picks" for as many meals as possible! Evan is 7 (what? Months old and eating just about anything we put in front of him! Except green beans, totally triggered the gag reflex tonight! Hopefully I'll have the time (and energy) to come up with a clever story for next time, but for now, the picture update will have to do!

And baby makes three. kids that is. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Weekend in the snow. Look at those bundled up kids (sans gloves for Averie, turns out she's not a huge fan of mittens. they just got in her way.) . snow falling all around them! Tahoe was so much fun! We stayed at a cabin right off of Pioneer Trail, where the kids could play in the yard with their sleds, we could build a snow man on the porch, and when we were done, we could come in and warm our freezing tootsies next to a nice warm fire!

And baby makes three. kids that is. Monday, February 22, 2010. This has been a month of projects in our household. Rob has been busy sanding and restaining. Crib for Evan's room. a project that ideally would have been done. Evan's head and feet touched the ends of his bassinet. His 4 month appointment was last week. 26 inches, 14.75 lbs. WHAT? Evan has doubled his weight! He's laughing at just about everything, and is so happy! We've been outside EVERYDAY, enjoying the sunshine. Averie. Flashback to one ...

And baby makes three. kids that is. Monday, February 9, 2009. Now I don't have to refill that stupid water bowl 4 times a day. As hideous as this very useful tool is, I buy it because these days, convenience wins. I run to the kitchen, and there she is, having a fantastic time, sitting in approximately 5 Liters of water (the other liter was on the wall and soaked into her clothes- be sure that that thing was EMPTY).
