LynxFS - a LynxOS Filesystem Driver. This is a LynxOS. Filesystem driver based on FUSE. I don't really know. I had no particular reason for writing it. I have no use for it. I've never used LynxOS, and I don't plan to. I think I just did it just to prove that I could. Lynxfs-1.0.0.tar.gz. The driver was implemented ent...

Anarres: Mud: Driver is a language frontend for translating LPC. It is intended to support a fairly strict typed variant of LPC lying somewhere between that supported by MudOS-A2. And that supported by DGD. It comprises a lexer, parser, semantic checker and code generator with some runtime support libraries.

Amethyst is now a fairly full rewrite of Infobot. Most of the code has been written from scratch, although I will admit to lifting a regex here and there. This release works and is tested. Support for multiple protocols and multiple connections. Support for multiple independent processing cores. Amethyst-1.01.t...Ameth...

Surfing the Cosmic Groove. - Gideon Hallett. September 2nd, 2010. 03:05 am - Surfing the Cosmic Groove. Thursday, when I arrived there? 2008, when I first agreed to be a Monk and then again for 2010? 1995, when I first delurked on AFP? The question is meaningless on the general scale or useless on the specific one. Anyway. Very few things work entirely as planned, and though this isn't always a bad thing, it is something you have to bear in mind when organising or running anything; no matter how well-pla...

JCPP - A Java C Preprocessor. The C Preprocessor is an interesting. Standard. It appears to be derived from the de-facto behaviour of the first preprocessors, and has evolved over the years. Implementation is therefore difficult. JCPP is a complete, compliant, standalone, pure Java. Implementation of the C preprocessor.

Text: CPP is a fully self contained C preprocessor as a Perl module. It is based on cpplib from gcc, and thus supports all C variants from C89 to GNUC99, including C and assembler. It does not require an external cpp binary, does not fork(), and should work on all systems supporting ANSI or GNU C. A working C compiler.

This program was once referred to by a friend as that smart alec fortune program. I liked BSD fortune, but I wanted a couple of extra features. Then I read it and didn't like it, and so I started up on a full rewrite. A week later, I had gfortune. I did weird things in those days. N flag to limit number of output lines.
