April 25, 2009. YES lar. finally cleared my ippt, @ MAJU! Sad to say was my back hurts from the jumping at SBJ station. think this time seriously aggravated my back injury. anybody got good sinseh to recommend? Wan see one tml liao. LOL. I cant afford to OOC now. April 21, 2009. Combat physical fitness test. in case those guys out there who dunno. The shit to pass out from fitness specialist course. Guys we gotta swim in long4 and rifle for 200m with a 3m combat jump into the pool. Think he is running?

February 27, 2009. Crap first time i booked out at 630pm man, on a friday somemore. feel so good. Currently on course as a trainee. actually im since i got enlisted. now as a bfsc trainee. Life now is much more relax. at least for the few wks ahead. after which is hell hell hell. physical training to the max. Today during lecture, learned about thermal physiology and my buddy, kendrick, as usual at his very best, was dozing off. He bloody melted the whole chocolate bar! Theme: Ambiru by Phu.

December 17, 2008. It has been 3 days! With literally no one at home, except me. family’s out holiday, maid’s back home and me home alone. Rotting at home whole day today. no plans to go out. Did all the washing cooking cleaning today. I didnt know the washing machine is such a fabulous invention until today. clothes washed were super dry man. even drier than the ones i handwashed with my giant biceps. haha. Dont be lazy. just go down the hse n get takeaway. Dont sweat so much outside. recycle clothes.

July 28, 2009. Damn was a good swim today. nice afternoon sun and the pool was quite vacant, with just a few swimmers. Swam 40 laps today and determined to improve even more. swimming is one of the best ways to lose fat. hehe. very aerobic and aids in recovery especially after other forms of strenuous activity. Life as a pti in guards camp. June 30, 2009. Well well well…i have been in bedok camp for the past 3 wks, serving as a pti. What i do everyday is to conduct endless physical training for the recruits in the camp.
