台灣的影視界，如果是攝製相關從業人員，對於Sony的相關專業器材都有一定程度的肯定。如果是線性剪輯相關從業人員，對於Sony的相關專業器材也都會有一定程度的尊崇。奇怪的是，到了非線性剪輯的時代，相關專業從業人員，大多數都不把Sony Vegas Pro看在眼裡，甚至有的還當它是家用的玩具程式！當初在選擇非線性軟體時，同時考慮的有Avid、Premiere和Vegas，當時是Vegas 4。最後會選擇Vegas的原因有二：1. 具有波形示波器和向量示波器功能，價格又最低，2. Sony做了那麼多年的線性剪輯專業器材，縱使是非線性也應該不至於差到哪。硬體非線性，就是利用專門的"電腦"(計算機)，剪輯、處理已經數位化的視訊。而這樣的硬體設備之所以能夠進行作業，還是要透過操作介面化的程式(軟體)達成。換這之，Sony在硬體非線性的年代，就已經具備非線性剪輯軟體的實力了。如今，Sony Vegas Pro 11即將發行。希望能藉著這篇短文有助於幫助大家正確認識Sony Vegas Pro。的操作介面，和 Vegas Pro. 圖為 Vegsa Pro 10). 從 Vegas Pro 9.

狀況外的NCC 之窮到只剩下錢了嗎？善德女王日本版O.S.T.的感動. 狀況外的NCC 之窮到只剩下錢了嗎？今天早上看到晨間新聞；NCC又有壯舉。對於前兩天的全民補助預算105億提案，發覺可行性不高，又改成補助中低收入戶，預算降低為2億多。真的不知道NCC諸公們倒底在想什麼？擬定一個提案是這麼的草率？也想不通NCC諸公們的邏輯是什麼？台灣許許多多事都喜歡要政府補助；拍電影要政府補助，現在連看電視也要政府補助？如果NCC的諸公們真的了解市場現況，與其補助中低收入戶一個過度時期的'數位機上盒'，還不如幫助中低收入戶更換直接能接收無線數位電視廣播的電視。因為中低收入戶的電視機有可能已經使用很久(我的電視(CRT)也已經使用10年了還沒換)，有了'數位機上盒'不一定電視機壞掉，還是看不到無線數位電視廣播。所以，一切就是錢的問題──因為中低收入戶金錢較匱乏，高收入戶金錢較充裕，因而要補助中低收入戶。那請問，中低收入戶有很多物品付擔不起，是否各種物品都要補助更換，特別是有&#123...台灣的有線電視是從「地下」(第四台)發跡，政府就地合法而為有線電視&#12...NCC不知有其職責的高度&#6529...
