A Summer I Will Never Forget

A Summer I Will Never Forget. Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Post ride thoughts: part 1. From Poolesville, MD to Washington, D.C. : 40 miles.say wha? We headed into the Old Postal Building to be treated to lunch by a 1998 Big Ride Alu...

A Summer I Will Never Forget. Tuesday, August 6, 2013. From Poolesville, MD to Washington, D.C. : 40 miles.say wha? Wow, our last morning and to commemorate it, I took photos of our morning cue sheet talk. On the tram to the park. Ride in Chocolate World- -Singing Dairy Cows. Cheese bus to the concert.

Hole in house made by cannon from the civil war, pretty damn cool. This and the ice cream in Madison have been my favorite by far. Future riders, ...

A Summer I Will Never Forget. Sunday, June 30, 2013. Day 13: From Harlowton, MT to Billings, MT. The first 47 miles of this ride FLEW by and were nice easy flat miles with an amazing tailwind and great conversation the whole time with Jenny, kind of forgot that I was cycling or doing any physical activity for that matter. We reached lunch by 9:00am! Jenny in downtown Billings lookout. View from our dorm balcony at Montana State University. Yellowstone Art Museum (YOMA). Friday, June 28, 2013. Day 10: Fro...

Shifting My Perspective – One mom gaining a new perspective on motherhood, and life in general, through scripture

One mom gaining a new perspective on motherhood, and life in general, through scripture. January 12, 2017. Even When It’s Difficult. Do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged. Friday, May 25, 2012. I really like this change from the perspective of immersion. Most RPGs do not soulbind items, and when I started playing Warcraft, soulbinding felt pretty heavy handed. I mean, I can see a tattoo being soulbound. But a sword? A pair of boots? Why can't I hand it to someone else when I am done with it? This game has "world" in the title, but I can't even hand half the items from one player to another? On the other hand, how will Diablo III handle the resulting crash in market prices?
