Because it's not going to shift itself (sadly). Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. August 8, 2016. I sometimes find that very little changes in life! Again, my weight was dropping steadily and I hit a slight plateau after a holiday in Brighton, which could have been much, much worse! The holiday itself was great and the weather was beautiful. It has also just reminded me that I also went to Florida for a week in June this year and actually lost 2 lbs! So, what has happened since May?
