Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Why do I feel jealous when others are better liked than I am, when I don't exactly go to any great lengths to be likeable? Why do I feel bad to be forgotten, when I don't make an effort to be remembered? Why, indeed, should anyone feel compelled to think of me, when I'm barely a part of their life at all, at all? And why do I care, when it's obvious I don't care enough to care? I do often wonder exactly how others see me, though. I'm undoubtedly better off not knowing.

Sunday, April 20, 2008. It occurs to me. If I hadn't been abused and cowed into submission by my peer group from grades 1-9, I could easily have become a lot like Draco Malfoy in certain respects. That's a sobering thought. As it is, I'm a lot like Snape, which isn't all that comforting. Good grief, I'm a combination of Severus Snape and Hermione Granger. Ghod help us all. Saturday, August 23, 2008. Sadly, there really are chocolate crosses (probably crucifixes too) out there and people who buy them. One example I saw had a bright pink sugar flower on it. I would totally eat a chocolate crucifix, but only if it was a full one, complete with crucifixee. ;-). That would be interesting. With white, crunchy bits and some sort of red jelly inside. Saturday, August 23, 2008. If I had $3,500. I would buy a green dress (but not a real green dress, that's cruel). Of course, that's assuming that I do. Ahh - what nostalgia can do to (for) us. If you bought the old house would you live in it? There is also the maple tree by the garage that I used to climb. I had a space clear at the top where I could sit and reax d. Your Mom had a spot about halfway up and one time she fell asleep and fell out. :) Now I can't even rech the bottom branch. If I had $3,500.
