The Fit List | Trying to keep track of the crazy
https://shmindydann.wordpress.com/2012/07/18/the-fit-list-4
Trying to keep track of the crazy. I can't make this stuff up. The Fit List July 18, 2012. 8212; shmindydann @ 5:25 pm. So, last Monday, July 9, 2012 was sort of a day of reckoning for me. I wish I had adequate words to express what has happened in me. I had an epiphany, and don’t get me wrong, I realize many of my epiphanies or revelations will probably cause most who read this to say, well, DUH! So, Ken and I came up with the following Fit List Have I mentioned that he’s fully supportive and on board?

Blending In: January 2013
http://ktscamp.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 27, 2013. It's been years since my college roommate Jenni and I had some one on one time. I decided to take a weekend and head to Nebraska to make that happen! Gavin came with me and got spoiled at Grandma and Grandpa's! I got into town Friday night and had a quick dinner with my parents and then headed to Jenni's house. We got in our jammies, had some snacks, some drinks, and curled our hair and chit chatted. We went to bed early and slept in late! Thursday, January 24, 2013. We were lon...

Holly's Stream of Consciousness: Assume Strength
http://hollysstreamofconscious.blogspot.com/2011/09/assume-strength.html
Holly's Stream of Consciousness. Monday, September 19, 2011. The setting: a semi-cluttered, energy buzzing classroom. The characters: thirty- ish. Seventh graders who are a little on the sixth grade side (official change comes after Christmas). The challenge: read forty books by the end of the year. But the more I read about this teacher's program, the more I began to taste the kool. Aid And it tasted gooooood. But then I thought, why not assume strength? Why not assume that they can. Some asked what wou...

Holly's Stream of Consciousness: Analyze This
http://hollysstreamofconscious.blogspot.com/2011/05/analyze-this.html
Holly's Stream of Consciousness. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. So I feel like I've got an opinion about everything lately. I've been wanting to blog about Osama's. Death, the birther. Nonsense, kids these days, Time's most influential, etc. But.they end up being big topics that I keep putting off until I no longer want to talk about them anymore. In a weird twist, it turns out that while I'm analyzing the news and issues of my world, the world is analyzing me. I've read that Facebook. Wednesday, May 04, 2011.

Holly's Stream of Consciousness: My sport is your sport's punishment
http://hollysstreamofconscious.blogspot.com/2008/10/my-sport-is-your-sports-punishment.html
Holly's Stream of Consciousness. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. My sport is your sport's punishment. I hit a wall somewhere around the fifth mile which lasted until about the eighth mile. After the eighth mile I somehow kicked it in a little better and managed to complete the rest with less difficulty. I was able to finish the race in about 2 hours and 12 minutes, which isn't too bad. Some highlights of the race:. The lady dressed up as Cruella De'Ville with her pack of dalmatians. Tuesday, October 28, 2008.

Holly's Stream of Consciousness: Homework
http://hollysstreamofconscious.blogspot.com/2009/01/homework.html
Holly's Stream of Consciousness. Friday, January 16, 2009. This is a repost from the blog of a friend of mine, but it was too right to leave as a hidden gem. Here is an explanation of the school homework policy for the average student. Students should not spend more than ninety minutes per night. This time should be budgeted in the following manner if the student desires to achieve moderate to good grades in his/her classes. 15 minutes looking for assignment. 11 minutes calling a friend for the assignment.

Journeying Through Life with Two Red Heads: May 2014
http://redhairtales.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Case made it through his first year of school! This is his teacher, Ms. Fletter. She was awesome! Since I volunteered in Case's classroom each week, I got to know his classmates pretty well. This boy, Voltaire, came up to me after graduation and said, "Can I take a picture with you and Case's sister? And then Mikaela needed a picture with Case's mom and sister. His diploma. Almost fancier than my college diploma. Case, Le'Marcus and Voltaire (V.J.). Monday, May 26, 2014.
