Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Another activity for 113 degree weather. Last week it was terribly HOT outside. What to do to keep 2 four almost 5 year olds busy while I care for an infant and I can't send them outside.YIKES! Last summer was a bit different, we spent a lot of time at the pools and going to the museums. This summer, we are locked up inside and watching way too many movies. Go figure! Tuesday, February 2, 2010. A visit to Becki and Craig's House! Last night (Feb. 1, 2010) we went to visit Becki and Craig. While we were shopping on Sunday, "M Man" picked up some carrots and wanted to go feed the horses. Of course Becki and Craig were very gracious and let us come over! The boys were so excited and wanted all day to go over there! When we got there they were not so brave. We had a lot of fun and the horses were happy to get some carrots! To Build or Not to Build? Little M - Because I am hungry. Mommy - no that is NOT why. Little M - Because I want an Ice Cream Sandwich for a snack. Mommy - No, you did not eat your lunch today and I told you no to an ice cream sandwich, what did I offer you. Little M - Some fruit! Mommy - And to that offer what did you do? I hope I am not the only mother whose main source of artwork around the house are paintings created by the little ones who then find scotch tape and the artwork is forever posted on walls with an eye level of about two and half feet!
