Sunday, October 17, 2010. 2010 Huntsman Pickle Ball. Future pickle ball competiters! Mary Lyn, Garylyn and I. Brad Johnsen wins Silver, Yeah! Tim Fingers wins Gold. Great going! Arlene, my role model and Fred win Silver. Nate looking good out there. Me and partner Deb Ena. Playing against Mary Lyn and Denise, they wipped us, but we gave them a great fight. We came in fifth place out of about 30 teams. Not bad for greenies. Arlene with her Silver metal and Shelly. Ann and Doug Rosa. Nate flipping the dogs.

Monday, December 3, 2012. I want to share my experience so far with taking Protandim and what I have noticed. I have been on Protandim for 15 days now and I was telling my sister Christy that I had forgot to put my glasses on last Sat. morning when leaving the house for some shopping. My left eye is worthless anymore to read small print without my glasses and while driving without them I felt naked, but decided I was too far into my drive to turn around.
