六月 16, 2009 at 11:09 上午 ( 講書心法. 任教的其中一科，涉及一些 Contemporary Issues，於是向院方爭取了以 Open Book 的形式測驗。 整份考卷的設計，以 Application 為主，主要考驗考生能否將學到的東西 Apply 落一些 Real case 入面。 但結果… 大部份學生見到一兩個 Keywords, 便張整份筆記抄一次，根本沒有看清楚內容。 某些同事喜歡將考卷設計到內容豐富，故意讓考生不夠時間做，從而考驗考生判斷主次，應該何處出力，何處保留… 但我個人就不喜歡這種做法，因為不想鼓勵 捉題目 提升考試技巧 之類，始終係學術問題，我通常在許可範圍內，都會給予 more than enough 的時間給學生，真是懂的話，不會因為不夠時間作答而失分。 測驗結束，很多學生的意見是 今次算淺 好彩冇溫 寫到手軟 ，但現在我已改了其中三份一，不及格的大約佔一成，能夠有不俗成績的只有一兩個，更遑論高分的了。 似乎大家都未明白 Open Book Test 的意義，將 close book 的那一套搬了過來，以為寫得多就 點都有D分。 訪客 on [轉載] 準時.
