鮮果汁除了營養豐富，原來還有很好的防止血管栓塞功效。法國蒙彼利埃大學的研究人員，以脂肪豐富的食物餵飼倉鼠，然後分別再以水果、果汁、清水餵牠們。結果發現，飲用葡萄汁的倉鼠，血管出現問題的風險最低，研究人員指葡萄汁的優點是含有豐富的抗氧化劑——酚，食物中的抗氧化劑一直以來被認為對心臟健康功效很大。以往研究大都指吃水果比飲果汁更有益，研究是想了解水果榨汁後是否對酚含量有影響。結果顯示，蘋果和葡萄含有相若的酚含量，但葡萄汁的酚含量是蘋果汁的2.5倍。研究人員比較幾種水果及果汁對血管健康的影響後，發現葡萄汁最佳，其餘依為葡萄、蘋果汁、蘋果。 21 Shri Ganesha Atharva Sheersha (格涅沙頌). 25 認識“三高”. 什麼是“三高”？ 8220;三高”即“高血糖、高血脂和高血壓”的簡稱。現在的都市生活充斥著各種壓力，工作煩忙，缺乏運動，加上不健康的飲食習慣（如過吃肉類或乳制類食品等而少吃生果或蔬菜），使近年得到“三高”症狀的巿民越來越多，甚至有年輕化的趨勢。 8220;三高”會引起甚麼問題？ 8220;三高”引起的身體問題多不勝數，主要以心腦病、心臟病、血管病及肝病等為主。例如腦中風、冠心病、血脈硬化、脂肪肝、糖尿病等。 1 熟地黃、山萸肉、澤瀉、丹皮、茯苓、淮山藥、黨參、蓮子肉、白芍、芡實、粟米鬚，以瘦肉共煎。 2 體質偏熱或平的人，可適量飲用綠茶（如香片、龍井、碧螺春等）。體質偏寒的人不宜常服。 3 可適量飲用糯米酒，其性平和甘甜，有助活血通經，散結消腫。血壓水平較高者勿飲用。面對炎炎夏日，很多市民都會各自尋求消暑的方法。在戶外活動盡情享受夏日陽光之餘，大家亦應小心提防“中暑”。 1 “中暑”一詞何解? 答：　預防中暑的食療方面，市民可自行炮製一些簡單消暑湯水，如冬瓜綠豆湯。材料: 冬瓜　1.5斤鮮荷葉 2兩. 綠豆 3兩水 2400毫升. 訂閱：文章 (Atom).
