New York Street Art. Oil paintings by Janet Ternoff. Sunday, April 6, 2014. 190 Duane street building in Tribeca. I painted this building a while ago and now I'm back with a new painting of it. Love these faded old signs and can't resist of painting them over again. Posted by Janet Ternoff. I have to admit. I never get tired of seeing these paintings of the old bricks and faded signs! This one is amazing with the blue fire escape! April 7, 2014 at 8:39 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://patbrookes.blogspot.com/2015/06/bentwood-and-lavender.html
Creating art on Whidbey Island. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Visiting the Kang Lavender farm last week was reminiscent of the kind of summer I had as a youngster. Sitting, enjoying beautiful weather with friends and letting the talk flow around you. The fields of Lavender are so colorful, it was warm and quiet and a light breeze kept us cool. A gift from our host MC. The rocker, floated in and out of the sun. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Pears, peers, pairs, puns. 160; ...Im talking about Westp...

Pat Brookes: Pears, peers, pairs, puns
http://patbrookes.blogspot.com/2010/12/pears-peers-pairs-puns.html
Creating art on Whidbey Island. Friday, December 3, 2010. Pears, peers, pairs, puns. This week, I am having fun with wordplay. It all started with a small couple of small pears from last week that I called Pair in the air. Because the first painting was pair in the air and I have such a difficult time creating names for my art, I decided to play with the words. The single pear is Peerless. Not a pair); the trio is Pair plus. Pair plus 6x6 $110. December 3, 2010 at 9:21 AM. December 3, 2010 at 11:44 AM.
