Monday, 10 August 2015. Crispy (no fry) Bhindi. Everyone I know, loves bhindi/okra. I didn't. Up until 30min ago, I was a rebel when it came to bhindi. It was that slimy thing that every one loved, and I didn't. Peel and slice an onion. Cook them in oil until they turn pink. Sunday, 17 July 2011. 3 Medium bananas - ripe. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 cup chopped walnuts. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda together. What I do for most cakes is sieve the material together so they are uniformly distributed. Keep this aside. Sunday, 16 January 2011. I miss my Mom's kheer and mutton the most. Since there is no way I can replicate her kheer, I chose the mutton , it is simpler to make a curry for me. So here is Mom's recipe Mutton Curry . of course Punju style ;). Mutton should be washed thoroughly. I took 3 pounds of mutton. Puree 3 big onions. In a pressure cooker , take 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp Ghee. Add bay leaves , red mirchi (dry), green chilies, cloves, cardamom - green and black , cinnamon sticks and black pepper corn.

Monday, 24 February 2014. Saute Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms and Spring Onions in Olive oil with some garlic slices. Add pepper and salt to taste. Cook veggies.
