Well Not a whole lot to report. It looks like nobody got anybody to join but me! To join. So c'mon! Get people to join and submit any of their own tips and experiences. This community jumped to life and then quickly faded! As for me, I've been trying to pay more attention to what I eat, and eating smaller portions. I haven't been great lately, kind of letting things slide. I weighed myself yesterday and I was at 170 dead on. I have a lot of weight to lose! I want to get one of these. Post a new comment.

Then when I was coming upstairs my dad said that there was chicken on the counter if I wanted. Am I hungry? YES Am I going to eat? FUCK NO. All I said to him was "No, I don't think I will eat. I don't want to get any fatter than I already AM! GRRR Then I went and cried the whole time in the shower and now. Like. parents aren't supposed to be so hurtful. I am not fat. Today was my first day back at running! I was very afraid that I wouldn't be able to run as much. I had to have loop electrosurgical procedure because I had abnormal cells on my cervix, so I couldn't run for a week! Before the surgery I was running 3-4 times a week. Its great though! So today I ran for 20 minutes, walked for 5, ran for another 10, walked for 5, and then ran for another 10 minutes. I burned 505 calories and went a distance of 6.138 km! Hopefully then running hasn't effected anything!

Ready Ready Ready to run! I love running so much! After running on thursday, I ran again on saturday with my friend Ashlie. I also ran this past monday (may 29) on the treadmill at home. I actually beat my record! On thursday I ran for 6.138 km and burnt 505 calories and on monday I ran for 7.86 km and I burnt 641 calories! And yesterday I met Chris at the Wellness Center where we were there for two hours. For the first 45 minutes we were on the treadmills, and then we did weights! I love weight lifting!

Working. or supposed to be. Well, I just joined the community and such. Firstly, I will tell you a bit about my goals! If anyone saw Beyonce (from Destiny's Child) before she lost all that weight, she had the perfect body in my opinion. She was tone, but she still jiggled. Thats what I want.
