I have no words for how much I love this tiny island in the midst of the Seto Inland Sea. The population is less than 1000, and in fact I have a hard time imagining it’s more than 200. The horseflies, butterflies, dragonflies and cicadas are way more populous than the humans. First, take the ferry from Tonosho … or the fast-boat from Takamatsu.
