Trusting the process of childbirth. October 30th, 2013. Does anybody have a home birth, birth plan that they would be able to share with me, or direct me to? I had a birth centre birth with my first son, I did have a birth plan but I cant find it anywhere on my laptop. I will be having a doula as well, if that makes any difference! I live in Wales. Our place has double-glazed windows. But we still have mold and mildew around the seams of the windows. I'm starting to see flecks on the net curtains. Is this typical? I've lived in wet climates before, but have never had mildew issues. How do you keep the mold away? I try to air out the rooms, we run the heat for a several hours a day, I wipe down what I can reach about once a week or so. Any more suggestions? Also, how do I wash the net curtains and how often do you recommend?
