possOut: February 2010
http://possout.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
A little about our lives. Sunday, February 7, 2010. I don't Knead a dutch oven. Here is what we ended up with after trying Chuck's suggestion for no knead bread. I cooked it in a modern Fiesta Ware casserole. It was just the right size for the experiment. We ate it for dessert after the Pancakes at the Possy Shack Breakfast. Looks like a little too much flour on the second rising. The bread is nice and crunchy on the outside and tasty on the inside. Thanks for sharing, Chuckie! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

BobBIE-Baby: August 2010
http://rmhej.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 12, 2010. Jack went up to Chimayo to pay the guy for painting this car. Look at how amazing it is! Jack says it looks like glass. They put some of the emblems and trim on after it cured and now it's painted the true two-tone BelAir style. That is. what is above the chrome trim along the side is white and what's below is turquoise. Jack said that half of the car enthusiasts from Northern New Mexico came by the painter's house to take a gander at it. I can't wait to get it back!

Because the ordinary is interesting. Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Anita Epstein-Rosen Explains Carmen. Because the ordinary is interesting. Thursday, June 13, 2013. And don't put your lips on John the Baptist's head! I've been going to the Santa Fe Opera for 45 years. I've seen 98 different operas and attended 160 performances. I've seen The Magic Flute. 12 times (they haven't gotten it right since 1968).
