The Longest 1st January. 1st January 2007 00:30 @ KLIA Terminal. Everyone is waiting for the flight. It was delayed for around 20min. Time 00:57 @ Emirates Plane. (1 hour later). Sitting with Fooi and Eugene. The seats are so small. I can hardly standing up or turning my body. Flying over the Strait of Melacca. Time 02:06 @ plane. (2 hours later). 1st meal in the plane. I am not sure what meal is this. Supper? Time 03:25 @ Plane (3 hours and 25 min later). Flying through Indian Ocean! Me at Dubai Terminal.

Monday, October 25, 2010. 100g butter, melted. 750g cream cheese, soften. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 340g chocolate chips, melted. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Place mixture firmly at the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Preheat oven at 150°C. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix until smooth. Pour filling onto the prepared crust. Bake cake at 150°C for an hour. Let cake cool at room temperature. Refrigerate cheesecake overnight before removing from cake pan.

Sunday, September 05, 2010. Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake. Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake. 1/4tsp. cream of tartar. 60g cake flour / superfine flour. Lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of a cake pan and preheat oven to 160°C. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture. Fold in the cake flour, corn flour, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well. Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Add in sugar and salt, whisk until soft peaks form. Rush Hours of Life.

Watermelon in a bowl. June 29, 2013. I came back to KL for an important interview on this coming Monday. Decided to spend some quality weekend with mom. The weather is pretty hot but at least the haze problem is much better now. My mom rewarded me with a half of the watermelon. I call this watermelon in a bowl. I got to enjoy the icy cold watermelon to the max without worrying that the juice will drip all over the place and the best part was, I get to enjoy drink watermelon juice when I finished the flesh.
