Something to write home about. Keeping in touch from around the globe. Galway: neon green hills, local music, and torrential rainstorms. As we were exploring the harbor we got caught in the most intense wind and rain storm I have ever been in! We stayed inside the rest of the afternoon and evening playing cards, writing postcards and making frozen pizzas to avoid the rainstorm outside. not to mention massive amounts of kit kats on sale that became a significant staple throughout our trip (wow. ch...We ve...

Something to write home about. Keeping in touch from around the globe. Grateful for (ten things). The top ten things i was grateful as told to my friend cristina for her book-binding project. she put together a two edition book entitled, "grateful for (ten things)" and compiled the lists of people she has encountered in her life. here it is. 1 the only solid and crazy constant in my life: my family. 2 my three best friends: they are the people who know me, appreciate me, and love me exactly as i am.

Something to write home about. Keeping in touch from around the globe. This may be the most underrated city in europe. So in the past two weeks. I traveled to bray, a coastal town just south of dublin. the beach was made of all rocks, the water was frigid, and the sun set behind the classic green irish hills. Tried whiskey at the jameson whiskey factory (never again. gross). I watched the boys of our hall beat botswana in a pick up game of soccer at ucdublin. Its a weekend excursion to the countryside!

Eloise Narrigan: Twist and Shout
http://worksweet.blogspot.com/2011/08/twist-and-shout.html
You know when you put something off so long that the problem solves itself? And by that I mean, melds with another problem so you just have one big problem? I meant to do a little post about my newly revamped website. And also to post on this poor, dusty blog more than once every six weeks. In any case, I made a new front page image, based on that earlier painting and folding in illustration with design:. Okay, first problem/thing I procrastinated about solved! I have a new story in Twist Collective!

Okay, time to to admit it. I've been cheating on Blogger. I have a Tumblr. You should follow it! I still find the whole thing slightly baffling (and the lack of attribution makes me crazy) but it's quick and easy to update and, well, that's where I am. So change your bookmarks and quit thinking mean thoughts about what a neglectful blogger I am (even though, yeah, I am). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, United States. Eloise Narrigan: Adapting to Fall
http://worksweet.blogspot.com/2011/11/adapting-to-fall.html
Here's the first finished comic I've done in, I think, three years. It was time consuming- seven times the drawing of those cute paintings I've been doing for sales- but it's going to have such a good home in my portfolio, and drawing, inking, and coloring this guy was just a lark. So: "Jessie Makes Jam:". Eloise, love your work! May 22, 2012 at 5:48 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, United States. View my complete profile.
