Monday, October 13, 2008. To warm up, start with dibbling up and down the court at a jog. Dribble the length of the court with your right hand and then come back down with your left. Do this a couple of times. Start on the baseline and take about 2 to 3 dribbles in a 45 degree angle and then use your cross over dribble to change directions.
