Based on our roots, we follow traditional European baking methods to transform basic ingredients flour, water, salt, and yeast or sourdough starter into a multitude of exquisitely crafted hearty breads. All of our pastries follow the same process of simple and clean ingredients, combined with the classic technique of lamination, resulting in the perfect buttery and flaky croissant and danish.

We know this may make you confused or possibly worried… but you’ve got to trust us on this oneit’s going to be awesome! Let’s start with the wines. This will actually be our first, truly German wine dinner. We’ve had to share with Austria before, because the Germans tend to consume most of their regional ‘jewels’ themselves, usually within a 50km radius of the vineyard.
