The Beacon – Blog. Harbor House charges the following weekly rates regardless of program:. 3 Days – $100. 4 Days – $115. 5 Days – $135. Payment is due at the end of the service week. A 3 day minimum is required. Harbor House accepts cash, check, and credit/debit card payments via the online payment portal through PayPal*. Service charge may apply. Rates current as of 12/15/2014.
