EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE DERBY:. Must officially register by 7:00 am on the day you wish to fish and prior to fishing. And be in possession of his/her store registration card or online invoice number at all times and present the card to any official Derby personnel upon request. Numbers of rods and fish limits are based solely on the number of registered participants.
