Effective February 1, 2009. The seller will charge the buyer's account within 48 hours of the purchase. The official opt-out forms will be shipped to the buyer within 72 hours of the purchase. Shipping is included in the price of the package. If delays are expected in the shipping the seller will notify the buyer via email. The buyer has 72 hours to obtain a full refund. After the 72 hour has expired the buyer will not receive a refund and will be covered under the sellers guarantee.
