Lay out butterflied flank steak, season with beef seasoning. Layer evenly with fresh spinach. Then layer with cheddar cheese. Another layer of spinach, press down with both hands. Next, lay out roasted red peppers evenly. Another layer of spinach. Place in baking pan.
