Every year around this time, we are filled with expectations - confident that we will finally drop those bad habits, embark in new adventures, and finally loose that extra weight before summer. But somehow along the year we tend to forget. So this year, rather than setting myself goals I wont accomplish, I made a list of things I'd like to see increased (or decreased) in my life.
