But what are the chances that a randomly watched episode of NCIS (it seems to be the new L&O when it comes to being on when I flick channels) has almost word-for-word the same conversation about Switzerland that the pilot episode of The Invisible Man had? Warning - Geekery ahead. And so, due to the extreme willingness of a certain lovely bookstore employee (Sushi gets 3s), I could justify the extremely geeky purchase of John Winchester's Journal. You can't argue with 40% off, really. It arrived today and, after laying down some paint around the door, I settled in to read. And read and read and read. He is both a great dad and an absolute horrendous, shitty dad. It's fascinating and I feel sorry for the poor kids. The nice thing? Post a new comment.

Rest in peace, Murphy. By Monday, she was breathing hard again and Mom took her back in. More work, more fluid removed but this was milky. Her kidneys, her lungs, maybe her heart, don't know. They talked about putting her to sleep. Today, Mom put Murphy in her window to watch the birds. Murphy rolled over for belly rubs because she looooves (loved? You'll be missed, Murphy. I have been sort of out of it for the last few days (if you noticed have a cookie).
