Supervision can purchase a second Short Stop Receiver for the office, set it up to receive a duplicate signal from one or more transmitters and monitor the efficiency of the machine's operation. Once we started using the Short Stop in our shop we noticed an unexpected result. When a cycle ended and the signal was sounded, other workers heard the signal too. The person responsible for attending to the machine had more incentive to get to the machine ASAP. This increased production too.
