She was a 1/3rd owner of Tall Pines when the family decided to finally sell Tall Pines after almost 80 years of ownership and into the third generation of the Porter Family. On a light fly rod! Doesn't get any better. The big ones were smart, rubbing their heads on the rocks, making runs and then tail walking trying to shake the hook. The biggest one actually rushed the kayak and banged his head on the side of the cockpit. Thought he was coming right in the boat! What a great place.

We don't have our camera so sorry - no pics. But, Shorty Pines sure looks the best it has ever looked since Glen and Connie Foss have been staying at camp! Bob and Judy came up for a couple of days to get the place ready for the Szatkowskis. But, since there was nothing to do, we just read, swam and took the boat out for a run.
