Monday, September 14, 2009. Rachel's 1st Day of Preschool. Here is Rachel waving as she is getting ready to walk inside the preschool room. Here is Rachel with her friends. The preschool class is a separate room part of the same daycare facility Rachel and Jake go to. It is neat becuase the kids put on their shoes and walk outside around the building through a special door so they really feel like the are going to "school". I cant believe how grown-up she looks and so proud to be going to school!

Saturday, July 31, 2010. Brooklyn, Gma Rosenbaum, and I headed up to the beach. The weather was perfect and we had an absolute great time! We ate lunch right when we got to the beach. Brooklyn ate something chocolate. Brooklyn with her swim wings in the lake. She likes them in the pool better than the lake. The first hour at the beach was a rough one.sand, moving water.it wasn't the pool she is used too! It got better and we were there for 5 hours! Brooklyn and Gma digging a hole to fill up with water!

Monday, December 13, 2010. My mom and I took her to the mall last week and they have a new playground that Brooklyn had a blast on.She is showing us her 'cheesy smile' at the top of the slide in the picture below. We had a snow/wind storm last night that has most of Lake and Porter County shut down today. The roads are terrible because the snow keeps blowing. So, I am home working and doing laundry all day! Monday, October 18, 2010. Brooklyn had a super fun filled summer! She is now 21 months old and preparing to be a big sister which means we are hoping to be potty trained by the end of March (before new sibling comes to town). She has an astonishing vocabulary! Most people think she is 3 years old.the girl is just plain smart. I often wonder if I will be smarter than a 5 year old in a few years! Where is my little baby? Right now she is playing with some of daddy's screws, of course the best toys are the ones you are not suppose to play with right?
