Salt and Pepper& Garlic powder. 3 carrots, large chop. 2 onions (1 large chop, 1 sliced thin). Juice of 1 lime. 2 tbsp 1/2 cup EVOO. Cilantro 1/8-1/4 cup, chopped. 5 cloves garlic, minced. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder. Sear steak in 2 tbsp oil in large lidded pot over medium-high. Add oregano, cumin, carrot and large-chop onion to pot and Cover with water.
