https://tiptoetheglobe.wordpress.com/2015/03/24/reflection-on-how-not-to-learn-a-language
Currently writing from Germany. Beauty on the go. Why you should learn a language. Don’t be afraid to learn a language, whatever age you are! In 2013, aged 27, I moved to Germany – without speaking the language – and, upon reflection, moving to a country where I didn’t speak the language should have been a scary decision. Just like riding a bike, don’t they say? I changed my mind when felt like a dozen times, but accepted the job with a start date in. The first language hurdle. To locate a flat from the ...

https://tiptoetheglobe.wordpress.com/2015/04/15/five-ways-to-look-fresh-after-a-long-flight

Jet-lag aside, one of the worst things about air travel is the effect that plane air has on skin. Long-haul flights dry out skin – fact. Long-haul flights wreak havoc as germ filled, recirculated and pressurised cabin air leaves skin dry, dull and creased, while the lack of sleep tops it off. ( For my favourite long-haul flight read this. I fly a lot and I can no...

The Bahn (Train network) runs to the minute. May 5, 2015.
