Where’s The Justice! I have just had an email from my solicitor saying that the CPS have now decided to offer a Bind Over. Both Myself and my Solicitor think that this is a bit of a strange decision since only 3 days ago the informed us that this would not be an option! In my opinion i think that they have discovered something about the case, that if it came out in court, would seriously damage their case. Obviously they wouldn’t tell us what that was. Where’s The Justice! I’ve heard of Flying Pigs but never Lying ones! Just found out from my solicitor that the case is still going to court and the pig has lied again, just as he did with the original accusation. The CPS have no record or explanation as to why the copper would tell the last witness that he no longer needed the statement because it wasn’t going to court. As far as everyone except for zaman is aware the case is still going to court. I’ll say it again - What a shower of shite!

Where’s The Justice! Well thats that then! After only a months wait and a the police only managing to take the statement of one of my witnesses i have been charged. The filth that arrested me and who is in charge of the case, and who is supposed to charge me couldn’t come and do his duty because “he was the one assaulted and too traumatised to come to the charge office”. The second officer has also made his statement now, on 26th December, only 20 days after the incident. Feed You can leave a response.
