DO HARD THINGS, by Alex and Brett Harris. First published at Qassia). At 16, after some years of speech and debate competition, the boys began to research some of the great things that had been done by young people. They were inspired to undertake some hard things themselves, as well as to inspire others of their generation to Do Hard Things. The book is inspirational. Every teen should be given a copy and challenged to a new vision for themselves and their future world! Another Recommended Reading Blog.

I couldn't get online last night, for some reason. Argh! It's irritating when that happens. I finished Conrad's Fate. Series. I have long said that Harry Potter. I am reminded o...

The Making of a Legend. I'm continuing the spotlight on my blogging friend, silken. The blog at her spot called random activities. Is especially fun because it is kept not just by her, but by her son. He posts some of his school assignments there. I've enjoyed his essays on The Human Brain. Again, continued here.
