When a joke concept idea for a mobile-friendly gif browser sounded fun, I built a quick prototype in a day—making sure to create flexibility for custom themes. And Univision came to Rodrigo to design a cross-platform media destination for hispanic millenials. Flama houses original one-off videos and recurrent series across a variety of genres, from comedy to documentary, in addition to ancillary editorial and the best in social features. Univision and Bedrocket wanted to be everywhere their viewers are—desktop, mobile, and tablet. My favorite part of working on this project was learning After Effects and animating prototypes of my design for mobile.

After Beatport was acquired by Robert Sillerman's company, SFX Entertainment, they asked Rodrigo to imagine a major redesign of the EDM subculture site. Beatport's main focus is their online store where DJ's can shop for tracks to use for mixes. A new store experience with a simplified interface made it much easier to browse for and purchase tracks. With plans to produce high quality documentaries and culture coverage, Beatport asked for a video destination to feature this content. Web and Mobile Design.
