Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Baltimore MD. A great show again. Once again, Baltimore Bird Fanciers put on another great show. 51 birds were there and we had a GREAT time! K&L placed quite a few birds including. Pearl Pied - 3rd in Show (Redmond). Wf Cinnamon- 4th in Show (Little Goose). Pearl - 8th in Show (Bud). Cinnamon - Co 2nd Grandchampion Class (Hot Lips). Friday, September 08, 2006. Shows Shows Shows etc. etc. Well, Montgomery was a long trip but well worth it. We got Awesome points and he's now almost a Grandchampion. He's a few points shy! The six pack mom is now on eggs with Champion 55G-1035-96 (affectionately known as 1035). We hope to have babies from them very soon. Should make a great breeding and he really likes her! Tuesday, January 23, 2007. Babies at K&L Aviary. We are having a very good winter season for K&L Babies! These guys are going to be. Even more stylish as the hen is very stylish! She is sired from a Linda Greeson bred male and her mother is bred from Robert Spicnall. I was very happy to get such a wonderful hen from Calico, and her and her sister (residing at Love Tiels) have both placed on the bench this year! Wednesday, June 14, 2006. K&L has pulled a lot of babies from the nest! Lutinos, Pieds, Pearls, and Normals. A little bit for everyone! I can't wait to see what will come out next! Babies from Champion "Isabelle" and her mate are growing up and doing nicely. The "Six Packs" mom has also given me some nice pearls and lutinos. Big Boy (our huge cinnamon pearl cock) and his mate have just hatched out two babies and are working on one more clutch. Big Boy is 11 years old and going STRONG! Links to this post.

Monday, August 28, 2006. Rhode Island a SUCCESS! Congratulations goes out to NECBE for putting on such a wonderful show. Despite my traveling nightmares, I ended up at the show hall 30 minutes before showing. No suitcase in site (I'm still not sure where that suitcase is as it was lost again! But ready for a show!
