Friday, 22 February 2013. Weigh in numero uno. So I went back, I wasn't shouted at and I wasn't cutesy cutesy welcomed back either, happy times. Anyway I lost 3.5 lbs which is pretty great. My goal for next week is 3lbs but I would secretly love to get to 5lbs cause that'd bring me into the next stone. It's a bit ambitious but you don't get anywhere in life without being ambitious do you? So my proposed menu plan for the following week, I'll add the HEs daily:. B: poached egg, bacon, fried mushrooms.
