The Brown Bear (Ursus arctos) has a widespread distribution in Eurasia and North America and are sometimes divided into a number of subspecies. Many different common names are used, such as grizzly bear, Kodiak bear, Ussuri bear etc. but they all refer to the same species, the Brown Bear. June is not so good as that is the rutting season and the bears wander off in search of mates hence are not as frequent guests to the baiting stations.
