Waardoor steeds meer Tanzanianen hun collega's kunnen scholen. In maart 2007 zijn lange termijn afspraken gemaakt door het bestuur van Stichting Shubi samen met het Tanzaniaanse Department of Special Education (MOEC, Tanzania) en het Patandi Teachers' College om tussen 2007 en 2009 een cursus van 14 dagen kan aanbieden aan de docenten. Binnen dit programma zijn in de afgelopen jaren een aantal projecten afgerond. In 2010 wordt dit programma voortgezet. Bezoek Patandi Teachers College oktober 2012.
