本取組 文部科学省 大学生の就業力育成支援事業 に選定された 学生の夢と伴走するホームとなる体制づくり では、奈良県立大学の学生たちの就業力として、 創造力 の育成に取り組みます。 この取組を推進するため、奈良県立大学では 就業力育成センター を新設し、 就業力育成センター と教職員スタッフが一致団結し全学的に個々の学生への指導環境を確立します。 これにより、高い知識 教養、未来を切り拓く創造性、社会を発展させる自立性を備えた学生を輩出し、日本社会の持続的な 地域づくり に貢献していくよう努めます。
