Richard's Mountain Biking Diary: Longest MTB ride
http://www.mountainbikingdiary.com/2015/02/longest-mtb-ride.html
Sunday, February 8, 2015. This was a great place for a pit stop as there was plenty shade and food and coffee stalls to refresh our battered bodies. On the way to Irene when going through the bush we came upon a tame Zebra. This was an awesome sight as the Zebra was out of place and must have escaped from the nearby game reserve. Evening rides around Korsman Pan watching the sun go down. Linda going down 'Mark the other way' segment. Labels: Benoni mountain biking. Mountain Bike rides in the East Rand.

Richard's Mountain Biking Diary: 4th of July 2015 - Irene Market ride
http://www.mountainbikingdiary.com/2015/07/4th-of-july-2015-irene-market-ride.html
Monday, July 6, 2015. 4th of July 2015 - Irene Market ride. Irene Market is special, there is a nice vibe, great coffee and the best home made muffins that one could ever taste. We went back home a different way (which is always my preferred option) and unfortunately the group split up with the racing snakes not waiting for the second group. This ride is one of my favourite rides and I finished on 102km - click here for the Strava stats of the ride. Group photo after coffee and muffin's at Irene Market.

Lewis was asked to give advice to young writers on how to prepare themselves:. Writing is like a ‘lust’. It is like ‘scratching when you itch’. For me, and I think Lewis would a...

Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Friend, Writer, Thinker, Facilitator. Crime & tragedy. Written on June 28th 2012, No Comments. Crime and human tragedy have a peculiar impact on space and time. It may just be a psychological sense of impact or alternatively a very real and tangible alteration of physical space and time. Sam and I once went to see a house that was for sale. It had been standing empty for a long time. It was a lovely house but I could not figure out why it had not sold. I asked t...This phen...
