What's Going On With Me: Made glorious summer, indeed.
http://whatsupwithali.blogspot.com/2014/02/made-glorious-summer-indeed.html
Wednesday, February 26, 2014. Made glorious summer, indeed. Last night I headed downtown to the Folger Shakespeare Library to see their production of Richard III. Oh, how I love that play, but can I take a moment to talk about the Folger? Do you know about this place? It has the world's largest collection of Shakespeare's works. There are 228 copies of the First Folio still in existence. The Folger has 82 copies. 82 copies! Has two copies. Two. Yeah. Richard and the treacherous Lord Stanley. The coolest ...

A Photo a Day by Linda: June 2010
http://aphotoadaybylinda.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
A Photo a Day by Linda. Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop. I am hoping for two. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. I think hydrangea leaves are among the most beautiful on earth. I love the subtle hues of these flowers. This lavender one has a different shaped flower from most others. We have spent years and not a small amount of money on Holly Tone to enhance this mop-head hydrangea's color. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Sunday, June 27, 2010. Julia got a pony tail right before she left.

What's Going On With Me: October 2014
http://whatsupwithali.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 27, 2014. Blazing, beautiful autumn. This weekend, I headed up to Harpers Ferry for one last taste of autumn. (Until Virginia tosses summer right back in my face this week, that is. 80 degrees? The weather in Harpers Ferry, however, was perfect; just spectacular. I climbed all over the ruins of the Shenandoah Pulp Factory. And walked through the beautiful woods and along the sparkling Shenandoah River. What are men to rocks and mountains? How I do love autumn. Wednesday, October 22, 2014.

Monday, January 26, 2015. Things that happened when I worked 70 hours of overtime in less than two weeks in January. Cold Popeye's chicken fingers dipped in cold Popeye's mashed potatoes was deemed a perfectly acceptable dinner. Twice. I got dressed from the load of laundry in the dryer, like it was my bedroom bureau. When my boss momentarily forgot about my crazy deadlines, and asked if I would be "going home to PA this weekend? I will be coming HERE this weekend! AND the one after that! I once consider...

What's Going On With Me: May 2014
http://whatsupwithali.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 21, 2014. This is how I spend my free time. On Monday night I attended a make-believe trial involving fictional Shakespearean characters, presided over by a panel of actual judges, including two justices of the United States Supreme Court. I daresay that's the nerdiest sentence you've read all week. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was witty, but. Justice Stephen Breyer was downright hilarious. Oh but I do love the Bard. Talk nerdy to me.
